PROCEDURE:
STEP 1
• Attend Seminar & Orientation (Wednesday & Saturday 10am-12noon)
• Choose the Package you want to avail.
• Submit proposed location for Evaluation and Approval.
FOR SITE ASSISTANCE: With Brokers Fee.
• Fill up and sign provided Letter of Intent and Franchise Application Form.
• Submit the following requirements:
2pcs 2×2 ID Colored Picture
XEROX: Valid ID
Latest Cedula
Proof of Billing
• Pay Franchise Package at House of Food Concepts Office.
• Claim Official Receipt.
• Sign Franchise Contract.

FOR FULL PAYMENT: With 5% Discount.
5 days Cart Fabrication, on the 6th day delivery & set-up (OPENING).

FOR 50% DP: No Discount.
10 days Cart Fabrication, on the 11th day delivery & set-up (OPENING). 6 days before the Opening Full Payment and Contract Signing.
STEP 2
• Hire Service Crew.
FOR SERVICE CREW ASSISTANCE: Through our contact Manpower Agency.
• Process necessary Permits
FOR PERMIT ASSISTANCE: With Service Assistance Fee.

STEP 3
• Attend Training & Demo together with your Service Crew (Monday-Saturday, 1pm-5pm) Please book for your Schedules.
• Make P.O. for any Additional Orders for Opening.
• Pay your Additional Orders of Products & Supplies.

STEP 4
• Prepare your Commercial Space.
• Prepare other materials & supplies required for Opening.
• Wait for the Delivery & Set-Up of your Franchise Package together with your Additional Orders.

IMPORTANT DETAILS:
1. ZONING
• Food Carts with the same concepts must be 500 meters away from each other.

2. ORDERING
• 1 day Lead Time
• 5PM Cut-Off
• Delivery the Next Day

3. PAYMENTS
WITHIN METRO MANILA – Cash on Delivery
NEARBY METRO MANILA – Cash on Delivery
PROVINCES – Full payment of Orders and Freight after the confirmation of P.O.

4. DELIVERY
WITHIN METRO MANILA: (FREE DELIVERY) Minimum of P5,000.00 worth of Products. Below minimum at least P2,000.00 worth of Products, additional Delivery Charge minimum of P100.00.

NEARBY METRO MANILA: (FREE DELIVERY) Minimum of P8,000.00-P10,000.00 worth of Products. Below minimum at least P2,000.00 worth of Products, additional Delivery Charge minimum of P300.00.

PROVINCES: (FREE DELIVERY) Minimum of P5,000.00 worth of Products (warehouse-terminal). Below minimum at least P2,000.00 worth of Products, additional delivery charge minimum of P100.00.

CARGO FREIGHT – shouldered by the Franchisee (terminal-terminal).

FREE BUS CARGO – Minimum of P50,000.00 worth of Products.
FREE AIR & SEA CARGO– Minimum of P100,000.00 worth of Products.

5. SHELF LIFE OF PRODUCTS
• 2-3 Months KEEP FROZEN
• Any Left Over Products must be returned in Freezer and consumed within 24 Hours (FIRST IN, FIRST OUT)

6. PROPOSALS & DOCUMENTS
• Available upon request of Franchisee.
