Jollibee Foods Corporation seeks competitive service providers for Maintenance, Repair and/or Construction services for all of its stores nationwide (Jollibee, Chowking, Greenwich, Red Ribbon, Delifrance and Manong Pepe’s). Successful providers will handle services for their assigned region.
I. Maintenance & Repair Services Providers:
- Must have at least 2 years experience in servicing Mechanical, Electrical, and Kitchen Equipment.
- Specialized in refrigeration, ACU/AHU, and other kitchen equipment
- Good financial standing
- Accustomed to submitting express bids
- Certified technicians (TESDA, etc.)
- Own basic maintenance equipment including oxy-acetylene welding, electric arc welding, hand drills, grinders, and other common hand tools (calibrated when applicable)
II. General Contractors (PCAB licensed):
- Must have at least 2 years experience in building restaurants, stores and other similar commercial projects.
- Specialized in civil, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical works
- Able to provide continuous repairs & maintenance (civil, plumbing, and electrical) services for its assigned region or store clusters
- Good financial standing
- Licensed project engineers and foremen employed on full-time basis
- Accustomed to finishing projects on tight schedules
- Accustomed to submitting bids within 5 days
- Offer at least 1 year warranty on materials and labor
