Working at McDonald’s

Food and moments aren’t just what make McDonald’s part of the lives of billions of people all over the world. It is also known for giving employment and opportunities. In the Philippines alone, we emp loy more than 15,000 Filipinos from all over the country – with each one treated as our most valuable resource.
Vision
Guided by the Vision Statement of Una Sa Pamilyang Pinoy, McDonald’s seeks people who will help us be:
* First to respond to the fast-changing needs of the Filipino family.
* First choice when it comes to food and dining.
* First mention as the Ideal Employer and socially responsible company.
Qualified candidates get to experience, first-hand, how we strive to be the best place for our customers to enjoy first-rate quality food, excellent service, and a welcoming environment every day. Apart from the local restaurant staff, support comes from McDonald’s experienced management team, the company’s site development expertise, an advanced operational system, and a unique global infrastructure that opens doors to capitalize on global opportunities. With these and more, we provide an exceptional working environment that makes everyone feel appreciated and valued. Come join us!
What you can expect
Our commitment to our employees can be summed-up in one statement: We value you, your growth, and your contributions. With this, you can expect highly competitive incentives, support, training, and opportunities to help you deliver the best possible results and advance your career. Learn valuable skills such as Teamwork, Communication, Problem Solving, Responsibility, and Customer Service in a fun and exciting environment.
Give Back
As we give our employees the opportunity for professional growth, we also give them the opportunity for holistic growth. Practicing social responsibility by way of giving back to communities in the vicinity of a McDonald’s restaurant, our employees learn the value of helping others in need – specifically children, through the help of Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC).
RMHC spearheads flagship projects like Bright Minds Read – a program in collaboration with the Department of Education, which aims to improve the reading skills of public school children. There is also Bahay Bulilit – an undertaking with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and local government units that constructs day care centers in impoverished communities.
